ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

All MischB Couture pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
Please review your order and details carefully before checkout.

SIZING

We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.

COLOR ACCURACY

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade nature of our pieces. Slight differences between images and the final product are expected.

DELIVERY

Handcrafted pieces typically require 4-8 weeks, depending on the design.
Delivery timelines may be affected if:
1. Payment is incomplete
2. Address or contact details are inaccurate
3. Measurements are not provided on time
4. The client is unresponsive
While we work with trusted logistic partners, MischB Couture is not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers or customs.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.
india - dubai - jakarta - is free delivery
International charges are 55 dollars
For alterations or re-fittings, return shipping must be covered by the customer.
International customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their home country.

SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

* Sale pieces are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
* Alterations on sale items may incur additional charges.
* Once purchased at a discounted price, no price adjustments will be provided if the item is later marked down further.

DELIVERY POLICIES

All courier services are handled through third party logistics partners. MischB Couture is not liable for delays caused by external agencies.
India - Dubai - Jakarta - is free; international shipping is chargeable.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If a product is undeliverable due to incomplete information or failed attempts, we will attempt to reconnect with the client.
If we are unable to establish contact for 6 months, the outfit and payment will be forfeited.

PAYMENTS

We accept major credit /debit cards , bank transfers and select digital payment options.
Some payment gateways may charge processing fees, which are non-refundable.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

1. Discounts apply only to selected products.
2. Online discounts may differ from in-store promotions.
3. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or altered for free.
4. Promotions cannot be combined unless specified.
5. Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
6. Discounts do not apply to early delivery requests or special customizations.
7. Dispatches begin only after full payment is received.
8. Any changes to discount policy will apply to future purchases only.
