For alterations or re-fittings. return shipping must be covered by the customer.
International customers are responsible for paying all customs duties. import taxes. and clearance fees in their home country.

Absolutely! Minor customizations like color changes or adding details are possible. Our design team will guide you on what’s feasible and any additional charges. Contact immediately before we start preparation of order.
We can accommodate sizes XS and below or XL and above, though these may require pattern adjustments. An extra charge may apply.

We provide a standard size chart on each product page. After ordering, our team will guide you to share your exact measurements to ensure accuracy.
We accept credit card , debit card. We also accept bank transfers, and cash payments. For special payment requests, contact us directly. Note we accept cash payments only in Jakarta, Mumbai , Hong Kong and Dubai.
Yes, we provide alteration services for select pieces. Please contact us directly with your requirements, and we’ll guide you on what’s possible.

Yes, MischB Couture ships to clients worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs will be shared during consultation or at checkout.
Custom-made pieces generally require minimal alterations. We allow small margins for adjustments. If you want us to handle alterations, shipping back to our atelier is required.
No. Alterations are only available for pieces purchased directly from MischB Couture.

Dry cleaning and storing the pieces in our dress bag or other. We recommend following these guidelines closely to maintain the quality and longevity of your piece.
We are unable to accept returns on any products. Only in exceptional cases where the garment gets damaged in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with photograph of damaged product(s) at mischbcouture@gmail.com can be sent. The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.
